Bolaji attended City University London, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering in 2010. In 2011, he started his first professional job as the lead product development engineer in Ford motor company where he was instrumental in the launching of the first 2.0 eco-blue diesel engine. The eco-blue diesel engine became a game-changer within the industry in delivering better fuel efficiency and more power and torque.

After such great attainment, he moved to the United States where he was living in New York City. He then gained employment in Siemens where he led the Atellica system which is an Immuno-assay analyzer. This became the first bi-directional magnetic sample transport technology which is 10 times faster than conventional conveyors. It also includes a multi-camera vision system and intelligent sample routing enable independent control over every sample.

In 2018, he moved to Tiffany and Co which is the world biggest and leader in the Jewelry industry. In March 2019, he led the product development of the Tiffany Love Bugs which gross 1M pounds before its launch date in April.

Bolaji has travelled to over 20 countries in 5 continents, experience different cultures and values. A sports enthusiast, continuously investing in people, continuous improvement and industrial quality standard.
